Lands End Coastal Walk
Merrie Way Parking Lot (to start)

With San Francisco surrounded by water, have you ever wondered how we impact the shorelines around us? Join us for a walk around Lands End to learn about the coastal and marine environments around San Francisco and our impacts. We will be sharing information about fish and mammals that live in the waters around San Francisco, how habitat restoration and parks affect waterways, and some of the recent events and changes to the oceans around the Bay. This coastal walk will be about 2 hours and moderate with a few staircases. We will begin at the trailhead near Sutro Baths and explore the coastal and dune environments along the way.
