Bridge the gap between yoga and traditional fitness at the foot of Marin’s Mt. Tam. Move Your Asana® – Fitness.Yoga. provides a dynamic body-sculpting workout for all levels – blending the physical strength and cardio elements that you love about interval training, with the emotional strength and centering that comes from linking breath to fluid movements in yoga. 

All ages welcome. Yoga will be intermediate to advanced level. Class is approximately 90 minutes total. Bring yoga mat, sweat towel, water bottle, and layers in case it's cool in the shade. Park on the street (free) and walk to the Old Mill Park amphitheater. Parking can be tricky so please plan ahead.
