Move Your Asana - Gentle Soul Mantra & Yoga (beginner to intermediate)

With a focus on the mind/body connection and the subtleties of alignment, asana becomes a form of meditation. This gentle practice focuses on moving slowly into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. Cues on alignment and body function are consistent. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening while focusing on your asana surrounded by the beautiful redwoods that surround the Old Mill Park amphitheater.  

All ages welcome. Yoga will be beginner to intermediate level. Class is approximately 90 minutes total. Bring yoga mat, sweat towel, water bottle, and layers in case it's cool in the shade. Park on the street (free) and walk to the amphitheater. Parking can be tricky so please plan ahead.
