Park Stewardship - CCSF Registration 10/29/2016
Lands End, San Francisco

Sign up for a volunteer day with Park Stewardship at Lands End to create a world-class trail system for our community to enjoy today and for years to come. Activities include repairing and maintaining trails, constructing new routes, and protecting sensitive natural habitat.

Get outside and enjoy the day while exploring new places in the park.

If you are a City College of San Francisco student and your instructor has informed you of this volunteer opportunity you may be eligible for class extra credit.

Meeting location: Across from Legion of Honor, near the Lands End Coastal Trail here.

How to get there: You could take a bus, bike there, or carpool with your friends. There are a few bike racks at the trailhead entrance and parking is available in the parking lot. The nearest bus stop is the 38R.  It stops at 33rd Avenue and Geary Street. From there, you can transfer to the 18 or you can walk two blocks north and one block west to 34th and Clement and up Legion of Honor Drive. The walk from 33rd Avenue and Clement Street to the Legion of Honor entrance is approximately half a mile.
