One Tam Member Hike - Azalea Hill Wildflower Hike

Join Rachel Kesel, One Tam's Conservation Management Specialist for two hours of interpretive hiking in grasslands, serpentine and forests. Wear sturdy shoes, long pants and layers. Expect gorgeous wildflowers and views of Mount Tam's peaks. This will be a two mile hike of moderate difficulty: uneven terrain, gradual inclines with occasional steep sections. 

Meeting location: Azalea Hill and Carson Falls parking area along Bolinas Rd: From Highway 101 in Larkspur, take the exit for Sir Francis Drake Blvd west to Fairfax 3.4 miles. Turn left onto Pacheco Ave, turn right onto Broadway and make the first left onto Bolinas Rd. Follow Bolinas Rd uphill for 3.8 miles (1.3 miles past the entrance to the Meadow Club golf course), until you reach the trailhead and parking area on the left. We will have a sign out on the road for ths hike (google map location).
