Support Mt. Tam

Join Marin Municipal Water District and One Tam at Lake Lagunitas to document and identify the mushroom biodiversity in this mycoblitz. Hone your naturalist skills, participate in the North American Mycoflora Project and iNaturalist citizen science projects, and become our scientific collaborator for a day! We will collect in the field for a couple of hours in small groups and then gather to examine our finds in a small fungus fair. Mycophiles of all ages and experience levels are welcome. Beginner mushroom enthusiasts can attend the morning hike session to get an in-depth introduction to mushroom identification.   

Meeting Location: Lake Lagunitas picnic area, located next to the parking lot (google map)
