Our beloved Trails Forever Dinner raises vital funding to maintain and improve our national parks as much-needed resources for our Bay Area community. While it would be our greatest pleasure to see and spend time with you in September, this year we are making the very difficult decision to forego this fun gathering for safety's sake.

To celebrate Trails Forever differently this year, we will be recognizing your investment by listing you in our Trails Forever "thank you" video which will be debuting digitally on September 24, with links to bid on coveted park outings.

Though we will not be together for the Dinner, please know that your support of our Bay Area national parks is more critical than ever during this crisis! Due to the closure of Alcatraz Island and the Parks Conservancy's retail operations since mid-March, we are experiencing unforeseen dramatic financial constraints which will require cost cutting and staff reductions. At the time of year when our parks see the heaviest use, there will be less resources available to care for them, with the Parks Conservancy trying to fill as many gaps as possible.
