NEW! FROM BASE TO PEAK: STUDIO EXHIBITION AND LECTURE SERIES

West Peak

The Marin Municipal Water District, in partnership with One Tam, is exploring the next chapter for Mt. Tam’s West Peak. This winter, One Tam is partnering with the Marin Art & Garden Center on From Base to Peak, an interactive exhibit that captures the compelling history and ecological value of West Peak, details the plan to enhance unique plant communities, and allows visitors to take in the breathtaking views and learn more about the ecology and history of the mountain. The exhibit will be open January 19 through March 9, 10 am-4 pm, at The Studio of the Marin Art & Garden Center. Visit www.magc.org for more information.

A four-part lecture series will accompany the exhibit, beginning with the exhibit opening:

From Base to Peak: Restoring West Peak, Thursday, January 31, 6pm

Hear from the project team, as well as artists and ecologists, inspired by the potential of its restoration. Learn how these factors are incorporated into a community-based design process to chart a path forward for West Peak.

Get tickets at www.magc.org >>

Further lectures will be announced at www.magc.org and www.onetam.org. Stay tuned!

The exhibit and lectures are located at:

The Studio, Marin Art & Garden Center
30 Sir Francis Drake Blvd. Ross, CA 94557

IS ONE TAM's PARTNERSHIP MODEL EFFECTIVE? INDEPENDENT RESEARCHERS SAY YES. READ THEIR STUDY AND LEARN ABOUT SOME OF THE SECRETS TO ONE TAM'S SUCCESS!

Independent researchers have published a new report detailing the four year study that has led to the development of a new model—the Partnership Impact Model™—for measuring partnership impact. One Tam’s vision that we can do more for Mt. Tam together, working across boundaries, than we can alone has been affirmed in the findings of a newly released four-year (2014-17) independent study—Generating, Scaling Up, and Sustaining Partnership Impact: One Tam’s First Four Years—on the impact and value of partnerships. One Tam’s work was central to the research. Learn more and explore the study at onetam.org/pim.
